JB and the Moonshine Band release new single, "Shotgun, Rifle, and a .45"

JB and the Moonshine Band will release their third studio album,  Mixtape , on June 30, and lead off single, “Shotgun, Rifle, and a .45” will be available for download and hit Texas radio on May 26.  Check out the teaser for the video below and pick it up in iTunes . This year, the band will play the 1000 th  live performance of their career, and will tour the U.S. in their Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine co-branded tour bus they have affectionately named “Ole Smoky.” The band continues to average 175 live tour dates per year, which they’ve done for the last two years in markets spanning across 40 states. Eric Church rocks a packed TD Garden

Eric Church played a full house at T.D. Banknorth Garden in Boston on Thursday night.  Early in the night, Church promised the crowd that he and the band was looking to break their previous record for concert length.  What followed was a record-setting 31 song set list packed with Church's #1 hits: "Drink in my Hand", "Talladega", and "Give Me Back My Hometown".  Church showed the crowd why he's considered the rock star of country music. Church shared with the crowd a myriad of Boston memories including the glory days of Celtics, as well as Church's early Boston shows at the Paradise, Hard Rock Cafe and House of Blues.   The packed set list included tracks from all three of Church's studio albums.   Wearing a plain black tee and jeans, along with trademark Ray Bans, Church is so perfectly in his element on stage.  He commands attention throughout, keeps the crowd involved, and puts on a show just as much rock and roll as coun...

Canaan Smith's EP, "Love You Like That" shows heartfelt lyrics and vocal range

Mercury Nashville recording artist Canaan Smith recently released the first single off his EP, Love You Like That. Smith, who has been on the road for two years since releasing “ We Got Us ” will be on the tour with  Dierks Bentley ,  Kip Moore , and Maddie and Tae on the “ Sounds of Summer ”. Smith already has a top 10 hit under his belt, having co-written “Runaway” by Love and Theft. Smith also co-wrote “Black Tears” with  Jason Aldean  and will have a song co-written with  Tyler Hubbard  and  Cole Swindell , “Party Wasn’t Over” on Swindell’s next album. “Love You Like That” recently reached spot number #18 on the Billboard charts. The song gets your attention from the tip with lyrics like, “I could never do it like a pretty city boy, I’m more a fishin’ in the dark nitty gritty boy.” The song then takes almost a surprising, romantic turn with the “nitty-gritty boy” telling his love how he wants to love her. “Love You Like That” leads into “Tw...
