Robby Johnson releases debut album, "Don't Look Back"
Robby Johnson ’s album, Don’t Look Back , is now available. The album, which debuted in physical form in Johnson's hometown province of Quebec, Canada in November has held steady as the #3 country album in Canada. Don't Look Back w as the number one downloaded country album on iTunes on Tuesday. Of debuting at #1, Johnson said, "It was like, 'Woah, wait a minute. I'm not Blake Shelton or Luke Bryan. It's cool to know fans are appreciating the music." The 13-track album was produced by James Stroud who has previously worked with the likes of Tim McGraw and Chris Young. Having Stroud on the album was really opened doors as far as song choice was concerned, and helped land Vince Gill on guitar for 'I Ain't the Guy'.
