Headed to Mohegan Sun this weekend? Check out one of my favorite restaurants. Tuscany - Italian Tuscany, by world famous chef Todd English offers a wide array of handcrafted pasta. They have dinner options that includes all the traditional American-Italian delicacies like chicken parm, veal marsala, or rack of lamb. If you’re looking for a lighter option, I like to split an antipasto with a flatbread. My favorite flatbread is the Tuscan with prosciutto, rosemary fig jam, and gorgonzola and fontina cheeses. If you’re there for lunch they have an awesome lunch buffet for $24.95. My family went to the champagne brunch last time around and was super impressed with the raw bar and was pleased they had such a huge variety.
